I have been meaning to try some more night photography for a long time, after becoming more interested in it following my Iceland trip. Rather than drag out a non enthusiast with me(!), I found a great work shop with some fellow photographers, equally nuts about photography, for some light painting on the London South Bank. We used spinning LED light orbs, wire wool and other light painting tools.
These images were taken using a tripod with a long of exposure of between 10 to 30 seconds, ISO 100-125 and aperture set to between f/9 – 13. It was so much fun and I would thoroughly recommend it!
