Something Old, Something New… Project 52

This lovely old tradition, originating back to Victorian times, of placing a sixpence in the bride’s shoe is to bring the couple wealth in their married life. I received this lovely card containing a sixpence that has been passed between a few of my married friends. It will be an honour to have it with me on my wedding day.
